حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُلُّ عَرَفَةَ مَوْقِفٌ وَكُلُّ مِنًى مَنْحَرٌ وَكُلُّ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ مَوْقِفٌ وَكُلُّ فِجَاجِ مَكَّةَ طَرِيقٌ وَمَنْحَرٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada Kami [Al Hasan bin Ali], telah menceritakan kepada Kami [Abu Usamah] dari [Usamah bin Zaid] dari ['Atha`], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepadaku [Jabir bin Abdullah] bahwa Rasulullah shallAllahu wa'alaihi wa sallam berkata; seluruh Arafah adalah tempat berwukuf, dan seluruh Mina adalah tempat menyembelih, serta seluruh Muzdalifah adalah tempat berwukuf, dan seluruh jalan Mekkah adalah jalan dan tempat menyembelih.

Imam Abu Dawud compiled Sunan Abu Dawud from approximately 500,000 hadiths, selecting 5,274. His collection is particularly focused on fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and legal rulings. He personally wrote to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal informing him of the work, and received his approval.
Abu Dawud said: 'I wrote 500,000 hadiths of the Prophet ﷺ, then selected this book from them.' He focused especially on rulings related to halal and haram.
