حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ أَبِي وَدَاعَةَ السَّهْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ الْمُطَّلِبِ قَالَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنْ سَبْعِهِ جَاءَ حَتَّى يُحَاذِيَ بِالرُّكْنِ فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي حَاشِيَةِ الْمَطَافِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الطُّوَّافِ أَحَدٌقَالَ ابْن مَاجَةَ هَذَا بِمَكَّةَ خَاصَّةً
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Usamah] dari [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Katsir bin Katsir bin Muththalib bin Abu Wada'ah As Sahmi] dari [Ayahnya] dari [Al Muththalib] berkata; Aku melihat Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bila selesai melakukan thawaf yang ke tujuh, beliau datang dan shalat di belakang rukun di ujung tempat thawaf dan tidak ada seseorang pun yang menghalanginya diantara beliau dan orang yang sedang thawaf." Ibnu Majah berkata; "Ini khusus di Mekah."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
