حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ السَّوَّاقُ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَمْعَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَحَلَبَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَاةً وَشَرِبَ مِنْ لَبَنِهَا ثُمَّ دَعَا بِمَاءٍ فَمَضْمَضَ فَاهُ وَقَالَ إِنَّ لَهُ دَسَمًا
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim As Sawwaq] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ad Dlahhak bin Makhlad] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zam'ah bin Shalih] dari [Ibnu Syihab] dari [Anas bin Malik] ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memerah susu kambing dan meminumnya. Kemudian beliau minta diambilkan air lalu berkumur-kumur seraya bersabda: "Sesungguhnya ia mengandung lemak."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
