حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ نَهَارًاقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yusuf bin Isa] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al 'Umari] dari [Nafi'] dari [Ibnu Umar] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam memasuki Makkah pada waktu siang. Abu 'Isa berkata; "Ini adalah hadits hasan."

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
