أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ أَبِي أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ وَهُوَ السُّكَّرِيُّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السَّفَرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَمَعَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَمَعَ عُمَرَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin 'Ali bin Al Hasan bin Syaqiq]; berkata [bapakku]; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Abu Hamzah As Sukkari] dari [Manshur] dari [Ibrahim] dari ['Alqamah] dari ['Abdullah] dia berkata; "Aku pernah shalat dua raka'at bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam dalam suatu perjalanan. Aku juga shalat dua raka'at ketika bersama Abu Bakar Radliallahu? nhu dan juga ketika bersama Umar Radliallahu? nhuma.

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
