حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ كَبَّرَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Utsman bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Muhammad bin 'Ubaid Al Muharibi] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Fudlail] dari ['Ashim bin Kulaib] dari [Muharib bin Ditsar] dari [Ibnu Umar] dia berkata; "Apabila Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bangkit dari raka'at kedua, beliau bertakbir sambil mengangkat kedua tangannya."

Imam Abu Dawud compiled Sunan Abu Dawud from approximately 500,000 hadiths, selecting 5,274. His collection is particularly focused on fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and legal rulings. He personally wrote to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal informing him of the work, and received his approval.
Abu Dawud said: 'I wrote 500,000 hadiths of the Prophet ﷺ, then selected this book from them.' He focused especially on rulings related to halal and haram.
