If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

UmmahKingdom provides free Islamic tools including, but not limited to: daily prayer times for 1,000+ cities worldwide, full Quran text with English translation, Hadith collections, Zakat and financial calculators, a Qibla finder, Hijri date converter, Ramadan planner, and a 99 Names of Allah reference. All features are available without creating an account. User preferences and prayer history are stored locally in your browser only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system.
• Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
• Introduce any malware, virus, or other harmful code into the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these restrictions without prior notice.

The UmmahKingdom name, logo, design, and original code are the property of UmmahKingdom. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Quran text, Hadith collections, and prayer-time data are sourced from open APIs and respected public datasets. Ownership of that content belongs to the respective rights holders or is in the public domain. UmmahKingdom makes no claim of ownership over religious texts.

The Service relies on third-party APIs and services including, but not limited to: Aladhan API for prayer times, alquran.cloud and related APIs for Quran text, and third-party hadith APIs. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse any third-party website, product, or service.

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising networks to help cover operating costs. Ad content is controlled by the respective advertising providers and does not constitute an endorsement by UmmahKingdom.

You may encounter donation requests to support the Service. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Prayer-time calculations, calendar conversions, inheritance estimates, Zakat estimates, and other tool outputs are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified scholar, imam, legal professional, tax adviser, or financial adviser. Always verify important religious or financial decisions with a trusted local authority.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UMMAHKINGDOM, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UmmahKingdom and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

You and UmmahKingdom agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
