    حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي السَّفَرِ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَالْخَمْرُ يُصْنَعُ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ مِنْ الزَّبِيبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالْعَسَلِ

    English Translation

    Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hafsh bin Umar] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Abdullah bin Abu As Safar] dari [As Sya'bi] dari [Ibnu Umar] dari [Umar] dia berkata; "Khamr itu terbuat dari lima jenis, yaitu dari kismis, tamr (kurma kering), hinthah (biji gandum), tepung, dan (perasan) madu."

    Imam al-Bukhari would perform ghusl and pray two rak'ahs before recording each hadith. Sahih al-Bukhari is universally regarded as the most authentic book after the Quran.
