حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْخَلَّالُ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَرَّرِ بْنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُعْزَلَ عَنْ الْحُرَّةِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Hasan bin Ali Al Khallal] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Isa] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Lahi'ah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepadaku [Ja'far bin Rabi'ah] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Muharrar bin Abu Hurairah] dari [Bapaknya] dari [Umar bin Khaththab] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang melakukan 'azl terhadap wanita merdeka kecuali atas seizinnya."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
