حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَذَكَرَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ شَدَّادٍ أَهِيَ الَّتِي قَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَوْ كُنْتُ رَاجِمًا أَحَدًا بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ لَرَجَمْتُهَا فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ تِلْكَ امْرَأَةٌ أَعْلَنَتْ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Khalad Al Bahili], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Abu Az Zinad] dari [Al Qasim bin Muhammad] berkata; [Ibnu Abbas] menyebutkan tentang dua orang yang saling meli'an. Ibnu Syadad berkata kepadanya; "Apakah wanita itu yang dikatakan Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam? Seandainya aku adalah orang yang menghukum rajam seseorang tanpa harus ada saksi, niscaya aku akan menghukumnya? Ibnu Abbas berkata; "Wanita tersebut mengikrarkan sendiri perbuatannya."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
