حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ عَتِيقِهَا وَلَقِيطِهَا وَوَلَدِهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ مَا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ غَيْرُ هِشَامٍ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Ammar]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Harb]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Umar bin Ru`bah At Taghlibi] dari [Abdul Wahid bin Abdullah An Nashri] dari [Watsilah bin Asqa'] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Wanita itu mendapat tiga pewarisan; hamba yang ia merdekakan, anak temuannya (hasil zina), dan dari anak yang ia menjadi dili'an karena anak itu." Muhammad bin Yazid berkata; tidak ada yang meriwayatkan Hadits ini selain Hisyam.

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
