حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَقَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ وَقَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ الْخَلَاءِ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِي
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Harun bin Ishaq] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdurrahman Al Muharibi] dari [Isma'il bin Muslim] dari [Al Hasan] dan [Qatadah] dari [Anas bin Malik] ia berkata; "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam jika keluar dari tempat buang air besar selalu mengucapkan: "ALHAMDULILLAAHILLADZII ADZHABA 'ANNIL ADZAA WA 'AAFAANII (Segala puji bagi Allah yang telah menghilangkan dariku rasa sakit dan menjaga kesehatanku)."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
