حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْقُدُّوسِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْمَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسُبُّ أَحَدًا وَلَا يُطْوَى لَهُ ثَوْبٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Quddus bin Muhammad] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bisyr bin 'Umar] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Lahi'ah] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Al Aswad] dari ['Ashim bin Umar bin Qatadah] dari [Ali bin Al Husain] dari [Aisyah] dia berkata, "Aku tidak pernah melihat Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mencaci maki seseorang dan juga tidak melipat bajunya."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
