حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعُ بْنُ مُحْرِزٍ النَّاجِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ جَهْمٍ عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبَ شُهْرَةٍ أَعْرَضَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ حَتَّى يَضَعَهُ مَتَى وَضَعَهُ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al 'Abbas bin Yazid Al Bahrani] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki' bin Muhris An Naji] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Utsman bin Jahm] dari [Zirr bin Hubaisy] dari [Abu Dzar] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barangsiapa mengenakan pakaian dengan penuh kesombongan (pamer), maka Allah akan berpaling darinya sampai dia melepaskan pakaian tersebut, kapan saja dia melepasnya."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
