حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَلِمَتَانِ خَفِيفَتَانِ عَلَى اللِّسَانِ ثَقِيلَتَانِ فِي الْمِيزَانِ حَبِيبَتَانِ إِلَى الرَّحْمَنِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar] dan [Ali bin Muhammad] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Fudlail] dari ['Amarah bin Al Qa'qa'] dari [Abu Zur'ah] dari [Abu Hurairah] dia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Dua kalimat yang ringan di ucapkan dengan lisan, berat dalam timbangan dan sangat di cintai oleh Dzat yang Maha pengasih adalah Subhanallah wa bihamdihi subhanallahil 'adzim (Maha suci Allah dan segala puji bagi-Nya, Maha suci Allah dan Maha Agung)."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
