حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ أَنَّهُقَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِّمْنِي دُعَاءً أَدْعُو بِهِ فِي صَلَاتِي قَالَ قُلْ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا وَلَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ وَارْحَمْنِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rumh] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Laits bin Sa'd] dari [Yazid bin Abu Habib] dari [Abu Al Khair] dari [Abdullah bin 'Amru bin 'Ash] dari [Abu Bakar As Shidiq] bahwa dia berkata kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam; "Ajarkanlah kepadaku do'a yang saya baca di dalam shalatku." Beliau menjawab: "Ucapkanlah; "Ya Allah, sesungguhnya aku telah menganiaya diriku dengan kedzaliman, dan tiada yang mengampuni dosa selain Engkau, maka ampunilah daku dengan pengampunan dari sisi-Mu serta kasihanilah diriku, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha pengampun lagi Maha penyayang."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
