حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَضِلَّ أَوْ أَزِلَّ أَوْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ أَوْ أَجْهَلَ أَوْ يُجْهَلَ عَلَيَّ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakar bin Abu Syaibah] telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abidah bin Humaid] dari [Manshur] dari [As Sya'bi] dari [Ummu Salamah] bahwa apabila Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam keluar dari rumahnya, beliau mengucapkan: "Allahumma inni a'uudzubika an adzilla au azilla, au adzlima au udzlama, au ajhala au yujhala 'alaya (Ya Allah, aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari ketersesatan atau ketergelinciran, atau dari berbuat kedzaliman maupun di dzalimi atau berbuat kebodohan maupun di bodohi."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
