حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ قَيْسَ بْنَ طَلْقٍ الْحَنَفِيَّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ فِيهِ وُضُوءٌ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْكَ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Muhammad] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Jabir] berkata; aku mendengar [Qais bin Thalq Al Hanafi] dari [Bapaknya] ia berkata; Aku mendengar Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam ditanya tentang hukum menyentuh kemaluan, maka beliau menjawab: "Tidak ada kewajiban wudlu karena ia adalah bagian dari tubuhmu."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
