حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَهِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَمَّنَ الْقَارِئُ فَأَمِّنُوا فَإِنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ تُؤَمِّنُ فَمَنْ وَافَقَ تَأْمِينُهُ تَأْمِينَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Bakr bin Abu Syaibah] dan [Hisyam bin Ammar] keduanya berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan bin Uyainah] dari [Az Zuhri] dari [Sa'id Ibnul Musayyab] dari [Abu Hurairah] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika Qari` (imam) membaca AMIIN maka bacalah AMIIN, sesungguhnya para malaikat juga membacanya. Maka barangsiapa bacaan AMIIN nya berbarengan dengan bacaan malaikat, dosa-dosanya yang telah lalu akan diampuni. "

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
