حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَقَ حَدَّثَنِي حَارِثَةُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ قَالَصَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِنًى وَالنَّاسُ أَكْثَرُ مَا كَانُوا فَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِقَالَ مُسْلِم حَارِثَةُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ هُوَ أَخُو عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ لِأُمِّهِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Yunus] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Zuhair] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Ishaq] telah menceritakan kepadaku [Haritsah binti Wahb Al Khuza'i] katanya; "Aku pernah shalat di belakang Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam di Mina, dan orang-orang melakukan apa yang telah berlaku, maka beliau melakukan dua rakaat ketika haji wada'." Muslim berkata; Haritsah bin Muslim Al Khuza'i adalah saudara seibu 'Ubaidullah bin Umar bin Khattab.

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
