و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَأَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى سِتَّ رَكَعَاتٍ وَأَرْبَعَ سَجَدَاتٍ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Ghassan Al Misma'i] dan [Muhammad bin Al Mutsanna] keduanya berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mu'adz bin Hisyam] telah menceritakan kepadaku [bapakku] dari [Qatadah] dari [Atha` bin Abu Rabah] dari [Ubaid bin Umair] dari [Aisyah] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam shalat (khusuf) dengan enam ruku' dan empat sujud.

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
