و حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنَا الْجَعْدُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍعَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ كَرِهَ مِنْ أَمِيرِهِ شَيْئًا فَلْيَصْبِرْ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ مِنْ النَّاسِ خَرَجَ مِنْ السُّلْطَانِ شِبْرًا فَمَاتَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً
English Translation
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syaiban bin Farruh] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abdul Warits] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Ja'd] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Raja Al 'Utharidi] dari [Ibnu Abbas] dari Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barangsiapa membenci sesuatu pada diri pemimpinnya, hendaknya ia bersabar sebab tidaklah seseorang keluar dari kepemimpinan (kaum Muslimin) walau sejengkal, kemudian mati kecuali ia mati seperti mati jahiliyah."

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
