و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَرِبَ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ مِنْ دَلْوٍ مِنْهَا وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin 'Abdullah bin Numair]; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari ['Ashim] dari [Asy Sya'bi] dari [Ibnu 'Abbas] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam minum air Zam-Zam dari gayungnya sambil berdiri.

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
