حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا هَامَةَ وَلَا طِيَرَةَ وَأُحِبُّ الْفَأْلَ الصَّالِحَ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepadaku [Zuhair bin Harb]; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Yazid bin Harun]; Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Hisyam bin Hassan] dari [Muhammad bin Sirin] dari [Abu Hurairah] dia berkata; Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam: "Tidak ada penyakit yang menular secara sendirian penyakit tanpa izin Allah, tidak ada mayat yang bergentayangan, tidak ada pengaruh buruk di sebabkan seekor burung, dan aku menyukai Al Fa'l (kalimat yang baik)."

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
