حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ عَنْ الْبَهِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ قَالَقَالَتْ لِي عَائِشَةُ كَانَ أَبَوَاكَ مِنَ{ الَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِلَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا أَصَابَهُمْ الْقَرْحُ }
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abu Kuraib Muhammad bin Al Allaa] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Waki'] Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ismail] dari [Al Bahi] dari [Urwah] dia berkata; " [Aisyah] pernah berkata kepadaku: 'Demi Allah, kedua orang tuamu itu termasuk dari orang-orang yang mentaati perintah Allah dan rasul-Nya sesudah mereka mendapat luka (dalam peperangan Uhud) …".

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
