حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ{ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ }
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Ubaidullah bin Mu'adz], [bapakku] telah menceritakan kepada kami; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu'bah] dari [Tsabit] dari [Anas] dia berkata; Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi wasallam banyak berdo'a dengan, "Ya Allah, Rabb kami, berikanlah kebaikan di dunia dan di akhirat, dan jagalah kami dari siksa neraka".

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
