و حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ وَأَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُوجِزُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَيُتِمُّ
English Translation
Dan telah menceritakan kepada kami [Khalaf bin Hisyam] dan [Abu ar-Rabi' az-Zahrani] keduanya berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hammad bin Zaid] dari [Abdul Aziz bin Shuhaib] dari [Anas] bahwa Nabi shallallahu'alaihiwasallam meringkas shalat dan menyempurnakannya.

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
