أَخْبَرَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدَّمَ أَهْلَهُ وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ لَا يَرْمُوا الْجَمْرَةَ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Mahmud bin Ghaila], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Bisyr bin As Sari], ia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Habib] dari ['Atho`] dari [Ibnu Abbas] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam mendahulukan keluarganya dan memerintahkan mereka untuk tidak melempar jumrah hingga matahari terbit.

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
