أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَالْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أَخِيهَا
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ishaq bin Ibrahim], ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Mu'tamir] dari [Daud bin Abi Hindun] dari [Asy Sya'bi] dari [Abu Hurairah], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang seorang wanita dinikahi sebagai madu bagi saudara wanita ayahnya dan saudara wanita ayahnya sebagai madu bagi anak wanita saudara laki-lakinya.

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
