أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَقُ الْأَزْرَقُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الشِّغَارِقَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ وَالشِّغَارُ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُزَوِّجُ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ أُخْتَهُ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Ibrahim] dan [Abdur Rahman bin Muhammad bin Sallam] mereka berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ishaq Al Azraq] dari ['Ubaidullah] dari [Abu Az Zinad] dari [Al A'raj] dari [Abu Hurairah], ia berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang dari syighar. 'Ubaidullah berkata; syighar adalah seorang laki-laki menikahkan anak wanitanya dengan orang lain dengan syarat orang tersebut menikahkannya dengan saudara wanitanya.

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
