أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عُمَرَ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ أَعْمَرَ رَجُلًا عُمْرَى لَهُ وَلِعَقِبِهِ فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلِمَنْ يَرِثُهُ مِنْ عَقِبِهِ مَوْرُوثَةٌ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Abdurrahim] berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Amru bin Abu Salamah Ad Dimasyqi] dari [Abu Umar Ash Shan'ani] dari [Hisyam bin 'Urwah] dari [ayahnya] dari [Abdullah bin Az Zubair], bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Siapapun lelaki yang memberikan umra kepada orang lain untuknya dan orang setelahnya, maka ia adalah miliknya dan milik orang yang mewarisi setelahnya sebagai warisan."

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
