أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ صَفْقَةَ خِيَارٍ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يُفَارِقَ صَاحِبَهُ خَشْيَةَ أَنْ يَسْتَقِيلَهُ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah bin Sa'id], ia berkata; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Al Laits] dari [Ibnu 'Ajlan] dari ['Amr bin Syu'aib] dari [ayahnya] dari [kakeknya] bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Dua orang yang berjual beli memiliki hak memilih selama mereka belum berpisah kecuali jika ada kesepakatan hak memilih, dan tidak halal baginya untuk meninggalkan sahabatnya karena takut jika ia membatalkan jual beli tersebut."

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
