أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنْ الْجُمُعَةِ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Musa bin Sulaiman bin Ismail bin Al Qasim] dia berkata; Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Baqiyyah] dari [Yunus] dia berkata; Telah menceritakan kepadaku [Az Zuhri] dari [Salim] dari [Bapaknya] dari Nabi Shallallahu'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barang siapa mendapatkan satu rakaat shalat jum'at atau selainnya maka telah sempurna shalatnya."

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
