حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُلَازِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا الرَّجُلُ دَعَا زَوْجَتَهُ لِحَاجَتِهِ فَلْتَأْتِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى التَّنُّورِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Hannad], telah menceritakan kepada kami [Mulazim bin 'Amr] berkata; Telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abdullah bin Badar] dari [Qais bin Thalq] dari [Bapaknya, Thalq bin Ali] berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Jika seorang lelaki mengajak istrinya untuk memenuhi hasratnya, maka hendaknya dia mendatanginya, walau dia sedang berada di dapur." Abu Isa berkata; " Abu Isa berkata; "Ini adalah hadits hasan gharib."

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
