حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أبِي هِنْدٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ تَلَتْ عَائِشَةُهَذِهِ الْآيَةَ{ يَوْمَ تُبَدَّلُ الْأَرْضُ غَيْرَ الْأَرْضِ }قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَأَيْنَ يَكُونُ النَّاسُ قَالَ عَلَى الصِّرَاطِقَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Abi Umar] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sufyan] dari [Dawud bin Abu Hind] dari [Asy Sya'bi] dari [Masruq] berkata: [Aisyah] membaca (ayat): "(Yaitu) pada hari (ketika) bumi diganti dengan bumi yang lain. (Ibrahiim: 48) ia berkata: Wahai Rasulullah dimanakah gerangan manusia (saat itu)? beliau menjawab: "Di atas Shirath." Abu Isa mengatakan bahwa hadits ini hasan shahih. Juga diriwayatkan melalui sanad lain dari Aisyah.

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
