حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ غُرِسَتْ لَهُ نَخْلَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muhammad bin Rafi'] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Muammal] dari [Hammad bin Salamah] dari [Abu Az Zubair] dari [Jabir] dari Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam, beliau bersabda: "Barang siapa yang mengucapkan; SUBHAANALLAAHIL 'AZHIIM WA BIHAMDIHI (Maha Suci Allah yang Maha Agung, dan dengan memujiNya aku ada) maka ditanamkan untuknya pohon kurma di Surga." Abu Isa berkata; hadits ini adalah hadits hasan gharib.

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
