حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْمِي يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ضُحًى وَأَمَّا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَبَعْدَ زَوَالِ الشَّمْسِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ أَنَّهُ لَا يَرْمِي بَعْدَ يَوْمِ النَّحْرِ إِلَّا بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ali bin Khasyram] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Isa bin Yunus] dari [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Abu Zubair] dari [Jabir] berkata; "Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melempar (jumrah) pada hari Nahr waktu dhuha. Adapun setelah hari itu beliau melempar setelah matahari tergelincir." Abu 'Isa berkata; "Ini merupakan hadits hasan shahih dan diamalkan oleh kebanyakan ulama. Bahwasanya beliau tidak melempar jumrah setelah hari Nahr kecuali setelah matahari tergelincir."

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
