حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ{ وَمَنْ يُكْرِهُّنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِنْ بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ }قَالَ قَالَ سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ غَفُورٌ لَهُنَّ الْمُكْرَهَاتِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Ubaidullah bin Mu'adz], dari [Mu'tamir], dari [ayahnya]: "Dan barangsiapa yang memaksa mereka, maka sesungguhnya Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang (kepada mereka) sesudah mereka dipaksa itu." Ia berkata; [Sa'id bin Abu Al Hasan] berkata; Maha Pengampun kepada para wanita yang dipaksa tersebut.

Imam Abu Dawud compiled Sunan Abu Dawud from approximately 500,000 hadiths, selecting 5,274. His collection is particularly focused on fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and legal rulings. He personally wrote to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal informing him of the work, and received his approval.
Abu Dawud said: 'I wrote 500,000 hadiths of the Prophet ﷺ, then selected this book from them.' He focused especially on rulings related to halal and haram.
