حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الدَّوَاءِ الْخَبِيثِقَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى يَعْنِي السُّمَّ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Suwaid bin Nashr], telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Abdullah bin Mubarak] dari [Yunus bin Abu Ishaq] dari [Mujahid] dari [Abu Hurairah] ia berkata, "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam melarang untuk berobat dengan sesuatu yang kotor (najis)." Abu Isa berkata; Maksudnya adalah As Summ (racun).

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
