حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّه صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ سُلَامَى مِنْ النَّاس عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ تَطْلُعُ فِيهِ الشَّمْسُ يَعْدِلُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ صَدَقَةٌ
English Translation
Telah bercerita kepada kami [Ishaq bin Manshur] telah mengabarkan kepada kami ['Abdur Rozaq] telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ma'amr] dari [Hammam] dari [Abu Hurairah radliallahu 'anhu] berkata; Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: "Setiap ruas tulang pada manusia wajib atasnya shadaqah dan setiap hari terbitnya matahari di mana seseorang mendamaikan antara manusia maka terhitung sebagai shadaqah".

Imam al-Bukhari dedicated 16 years to compiling Sahih al-Bukhari, selecting approximately 7,275 hadiths from over 600,000 narrations he examined. His strict conditions for accepting a hadith — requiring narrator continuity, reliable memory, and confirmed meeting between narrators — make it the most rigorously authenticated hadith collection in Islamic scholarship.
Imam al-Bukhari would perform ghusl and pray two rak'ahs before recording each hadith. Sahih al-Bukhari is universally regarded as the most authentic book after the Quran.
