حَدَّثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَرْمُلْ فِي السَّبْعِ الَّذِي أَفَاضَ فِيهِ قَالَ عَطَاءٌ وَلَا رَمَلَ فِيهِ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Harmalah bin Yahya]; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Ibnu Wahab]; telah memberitakan kepada kami [Ibnu Juraij] dari [Atha`] dari [Abdullah bin Abbas] radliallahu 'anhu, bahwa Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam belum pernah berlari kecil pada tujuh putaran dalam thawaf Ifadhah. 'Atha berkata; "Dan beliau tidak pernah berlari kecil dalam thawaf itu."

Imam Ibn Majah compiled the last of the six major hadith collections (Kutub al-Sittah). He travelled widely to collect hadiths — through Iraq, Basra, Syria, Egypt, and Arabia. His collection contains unique narrations not found in the other five collections, though scholars note some weaker chains.
Ibn Majah's collection was later added to the Kutub al-Sittah by Imam al-Maqdisi. It contains approximately 4,341 hadiths including narrations unique to this collection.
