أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَصَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِنًى آمَنَ مَا كَانَ النَّاسُ وَأَكْثَرَهُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] dia berkata; telah menceritakan kepada kami [Abul Ahwash] dari [Abu Ishaq] dari [Haritsah bin Wahb Al Khuza'i] dia berkata; "Aku pernah shalat dua raka'at bersama Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam di Mina -saat itu kondisi manusia sangat aman dan banyak-."

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
