أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ فِي السَّفَرِ حَيْثُمَا تَوَجَّهَتْقَالَ مَالِكٌ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ
English Translation
Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Qutaibah] dari [Malik bin Anas] dari [Abdullah bin Dinar] dari [Ibnu 'Umar] dia berkata; "Rasulullah Shallallahu'alaihi wasallam shalat di atas kendaraannya dalam suatu perjalanan. Beliau menghadap ke arah kendaraannya mengarah." Malik berkata; Abdullah bin Dinar berkata; "Dahulu Ibnu Umar juga melakukan hal yang sama."

Imam an-Nasa'i applied the strictest conditions of all Sunan compilers. He first wrote a larger collection (as-Sunan al-Kubra) then condensed it into al-Mujtaba. He was particularly rigorous in identifying weaknesses in narrator chains, resulting in a collection of very high reliability.
An-Nasa'i's conditions for accepting narrators were stricter than those of Abu Dawud and at-Tirmidhi, making al-Mujtaba one of the most critically refined of the Sunan collections.
