حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الدُّورِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَابِرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَدْخُلُ فُقَرَاءُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الْجَنَّةَ قَبْلَ أَغْنِيَائِهِمْ بِأَرْبَعِينَ خَرِيفًاهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ
English Translation
Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al 'Abbas Ad Duri] telah menceritakan kepada kami ['Abdullah bin Yazid Al Muqri`] telah menceritakan kepada kami [Sa'id bin Abu Ayyub] dari ['Amru bin Jabir Al Hadlrami] dari [Jabir bin 'Abdullah], Rasulullah Shallallahu 'alaihi wa salam bersabda: "Orang-orang miskin masuk empatpuluh tahun terlebih dahulu sebelum orang-orang kaya." Berkata Abu Isa: Hadits ini hasan.

Imam at-Tirmidhi was a student of Imam al-Bukhari and Abu Dawud. His collection is distinctive for including the grading (hasan, sahih, da'if) of each hadith alongside notes on which madhab (legal school) relies on it — making it both a hadith collection and a work of hadith criticism.
Jami' at-Tirmidhi is the only collection in the Kutub al-Sittah where the compiler grades every hadith himself, notes scholarly differences, and indicates legal usage.
