و حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ وَحَرْمَلَةُ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ الْفُوَيْسِقُزَادَ حَرْمَلَةُ قَالَتْ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ
English Translation
Dan telah menceritakan kepadaku [Abu Ath Thahir] dan [Harmalah] keduanya berkata; Telah mengabarkan kepada kami [Ibnu Wahb]; Telah mengabarkan kepadaku [Yunus] dari [Az Zuhri] dari ['Urwah] dari ['Aisyah] bahwa Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam menamai cecak dengan Fuwaisiq. Harmalah menambahkan; 'Dan aku belum mendengar beliau menyuruh untuk membunuhnya.'

Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj was a student of Imam al-Bukhari. He compiled Sahih Muslim selecting from approximately 300,000 hadiths, arranging his collection thematically and grouping all chains of each hadith together — making it uniquely easy to study the complete transmission history of a single narration.
Sahih Muslim took 15 years to complete. Its unique arrangement — all isnads for one hadith in one place — remains unmatched in the hadith literature.
