﴾ 2 ﴿تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

THE BESTOWAL from on high of this divine writ I issues from God, the Almighty, the Wise.
