﴾ 13 ﴿لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ ۖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُنَّةُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ

who do not believe in it, although the way which those [evildoers] of olden times had to go has long been within their ken.
