﴾ 23 ﴿فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْقَٰدِرُونَ
English Translation (Muhammad Asad)
Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]!
