﴾ 23 ﴿وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَٰنٍۢ مُّبِينٍ

THUS, INDEED, did We send Moses with Our messages and a manifest authority [from Us]
